How do I know which coach is right for me?
The connection between a coach and client is important. When you speak with or meet a coach you will know whether you suit each other.  Therefore, the best way for you to know if you will connect with a coach that is right for you is to have an introductory session or get to know us better via a newsletter.
How does coaching work?
We make an initial appointment which is either via the telephone or in-person so we explore what you're looking for in a coaching relationship. This opportunity allows us to clarify your objectives and personal requirements through coaching techniques. The coaching relationship is extremely important therefore an initial appointment allows you to decide whether we are the right people to support you to achieve your desired outcomes. From there, we determine which package best suits your individual needs.

Appointments are scheduled according to what suits your needs. Generally clients choose either weekly or fortnightly appointments. Phone charges are included in your coaching fee. Your coach is there to guide and support you during each session yet you choose the area of focus that will serve you best.

How long do people generally continue with coaching?
Everyone is different therefore the number of coaching sessions varies from person to person. Generally, most people find that a minimum of six sessions is necessary, however, this depends on what you want to achieve. Change is not instantaneous and progress depends on your commitment and openness to create the life you desire.

Transformation is absolutely possible! Ideally, coaching is for three to six months if you are seeking permanent change. Many clients continue the coaching journey with regular appointments so they are always creating greater fulfillment in their lives and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their world.

Is coaching expensive?

I'm not sure about telephone coaching. Is it really as effective as face to face coaching?
It is understandable to be uncertain about coaching via the telephone. Feedback from our clients tells us that telephone coaching is not only beneficial, it has proven more time efficient for busy lives and creates a relaxed environment as there is no stress finding a park or raising blood pressure with city traffic! If you're still unsure, try your introductory session via the telephone. You might be surprised.
What are your ethical standards?

Furthermore, the Director is a Registered Psychologist and abides by the Code of Professional Conduct outlined by the New South Wales Psychologists Registration Board (Australia) and the Australian Psychological Code of Ethics.

During our first session together, we will explain the Coaching Agreement and answer any questions that you may have.

At Clear Vision Solutions we are future focused, initially identifying the underlying beliefs, attitudes or thoughts that may have kept you from reaching your true potential and then support your strengths to achieve your goals.

Our aim is to create a space where you feel completely supported and understood but one where you can imagine a life that is more fulfilling. We work with you to find out what is important to you then encourage you to find ways to achieve the life you want with greater self awareness and confidence. There are times when we also challenge you so that you can achieve things you may have once thought were never possible.

Where are your coaches located?
Our coaches are currently located in Sydney, Australia (Randwick) which is accessible by public transport and there is street parking.

We also offer telephone coaching service so you can live anywhere in the world and experience coaching from the comfort of your own home or office...and we pay the telephone charge.
